You can remove your sim before you send in your iPhone but please let us know your passcode for testing purposes

How long do you take to repair my iPod?

We pride ourselves on having the fastest turnaround time, 98% of repairs are completed and despatched on the same day we receive your iPod or iPhone, you will be contacted on receipt if there is any delay

How do I get my iPod or iPhone repaired?

You can come to our office just outside Brighton in Sussex and have it fixed while you wait. Directions here

Or if your not local select and fill out a repair form on the Fix my iPod page, then package your iPod or iPhone carefully and post via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or a similar insured carrier.

Does it void my apple warranty?

Apple state any repair voids your warranty, However any repair completed correctly with Apple genuine parts like ours will show no signs of it being repaired.

Do you use cheap or copy parts in repairs?

No, we only use original genuine grade A parts in repairs

What warranty do I get?

We offer 3 months warranty on all parts and repairs.

What happens if after testing you find it needs more than the repair I have paid for?

We will offer you the option to pay the difference and have your iPhone or iPod fixed

Or we can refund you what you have paid minus £10 and return your iPod or iPhone as it arrived

Or refund you in full and dispose or recycle of it for you

How can I pay for my repairs?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta & PayPal via our online payment system.

Will I lose the data saved on my iPod?

Normally only if your having your hard drive or certain logic boards replaced, with all other repairs it is very rare to lose data but we can't be held responsible if it is lost in the repair process so please always make sure your iPod is backed up before you send it in.

There are quite a few programs out there, a couple we have used are http://ipodrip.com/ and http://www.ephpod.com

Will I get my actual iPod back or another refurbished one?

We work on your actual iPod or iPhone and return it to you.

Can I send my iPod or iPhone to you in pieces?

You can send your iPod or iPhone to us in pieces but due to the amount of time it takes our technicians to test these there will be an inevitable extended repair time and possibly extra cost.
