Just a quick note to say thank you for an excellent service. Not only was your price for replacing the hard disk on my iPod classic the cheapest I could find on the net, but I posted it to you on Monday afternoon and have just received it back in full working order and it's only Wednesday morning. I received an email on Tuesday morning to say you had received my unit ok and further confirmation emails that the iPod had been repaired and dispatched. An excellent service that I would recommend to anyone and I would certainly use you again without hesitation (although fingers crossed I won't need to call on your services for a while!). I have to say what a delight it was dealing with you. I posted my son's iPod to you on Monday afternoon after a very helpful conversation with a member of staff, a message was left on my mobile on Tuesday lunchtime explaining what the problem was. We received the iPod back on Wednesday morning by registered post.
