UK iPod Repairs

Superb service! With no personal recommendation I had to select a service off the web where it's impossible to tell whether a company is reputable or not and it's all too easy to suspect that testimonials are made up. But I paid my fee and trusted my precious iPod Classic to the Royal Mail and you guys. Reassuring emails kept me informed at every stage and told me that the device had been repaired and was on its way back. Less than 48 hours after I posted it off, my iPod was back in my hand, working perfectly and good as new. In Britain we're noted for a poor culture of service but your speed and efficiency are second to none and deserve to be celebrated. Many thanks for your time and attention.

During a period of time when nobody seems to care about workmanship and individuals, it's refreshing to find a company with opposite views. I posted my iPod for repair on Friday afternoon and by Tuesday the following week it had been returned fully working. You may not be surprised to learn that my recommendation to use your service came to me from from none other than my local Apple Service Centre! How cool is THAT? Thank you so much. My iPod was returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery at 8.30 this morning. Less than 48 hours after I despatched it to you. I found this in itself remarkable. The problem (a faulty hold swith assembly) has been corrected and I have taken advantage of your offer of a high capacity battery replacement at a very reasonable price. I am completely satisfied. During the process you kept in touch with me by email (almost on an 'hour by hour' basis), and when it came to payment I was grateful to be able to do this by debit card over the telephone. I was put through immediately to the person who had been sending the emails (so happy not to have been connected to a recorded message!) who was extremely pleasant and helpful in every way. I just wanted to thank you for a superb service. You repaired and returned my daughter's ipod the day after I posted it and we received it back the following day. I had recently had the same repair done at a shop at the end of my road, they charged £20 more, had the ipod for 11 days and did it wrong so I had to send it to you. You could not have been any faster, more reasonably priced, or better at communicating every step of the repair and return process to me. Just brilliant service, thank you.

Hi there, I just wanted to say how impessed I was with your service. My daughters ipod screen had smashed, I looked around locally for a repair centre and the prices I was quoted were quite shocking!! I came across your site and at first was dubious about sending it away. But as it stood, I had and ipod that was no use with a smashed screen and as I was unable to visit your premises so decided to "bite the bullet!". How glad am I?? I placed an order with you on Wednesday lunchtime and posted it as per your instructions on Wednesday night (4pm) by 2pm on Thursday I had recieved 3 e-mails from you updating me of the progress and confirming it had been repaired and despatched back to me. I recieved the fixed ipod back by 9.30 on Friday morning. I would certainly reccomend your sevices to anyone, hopefully I wont have to use you again :-), but if the need arose your company would be my only point of call.
