I would just like to say a huge thank you for the fantastic service you have provided. You have kept me updated with emails and you have done a brilliant job on the repair of my sons' ipod touch. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that obviously prides itself on customer service.

Hi, I just wanted to say many thanks for the speedy and excellent service on fixing my IPAD. I've been lost without it and it took you guys 3 days to fix it. Admittedly I was a little dubious in sending money then sending the IPAD to you. But all my doubts were laid to rest this morning when I had to sign for my Fixed IPAD. Just wanted to say a big thank you for the service I have received from yourselves. After my I pod touch went faulty due to a broken headphone socket ( Apple said it wasn't faulty ) I decided to sent it to you to get replaced. Posted Monday I relieved an e-mail Tuesday morning saying it had arrived, then to my surprise another 2 e-mails later that day saying it had been repaired and posted back to me. I received it Wednesday morning and its back to it's former working condition, the I pod doesn't look like it's been touched in anyway. Brilliant service from yourselves. I am very grateful and will def recommend you to all my friends.

I'd just like to say thanks for a brilliant service. My sons iPod touch had a broken screen and was told by Apple that it couldn't be repaired so I was a bit nervous about sending it away but decided that i'd go for it anyway. I posted the iPod via Royal Mail special delivery at 5pm on a Tuesday, it was recieved at 9.20am on the Wednesday. It was repaired and returned on the same day and I had it back in my hands by 11am on the Thursday. I was kept informed throughout the whole process ie. when it was recieved, when it was repaired and when it was posted back. I would highly recommend this service to all my family and friends, 10/10 Thanks.
